2025 Season is coming up! Football is a fun and exhilarating experience for all our youth participants. The goal of Rhode Island Pre-Teen Football & Cheer (RIPT) is to firmly instill the values of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, unity, integrity, pride, and respect in our children and the state we serve. We provide a safe environment that allows our children to learn the fundamentals of youth Football and Cheerleading. We offer an environment where competition works hand-in-hand as a team effort and not for the personal glorification of individuals.
Again this year, in conjunction with the “Heads Up” safety program; RIPT requires all coaches to actively participate and become “Heads up” certified coaches. Heads Up Football is a national initiative to help make the sport of football better and safer. Our team’s coaching staffs must take a rigorous online safety course specific to the health & safety of our players/cheerleaders. This includes Education & Certification to Equipment Fitting to Concussion Recognition & Awareness to Heat & Hydration, Heads Up Tackling Skills, and Abuse Training. The health and safety of our players is our priority. They are our kids to!!
We look forward to a wonderful and rewarding 2025 season.
All regular season games are played on Sundays and all your organization’s levels travel together/play at the same field each week.
